Itinerary

his is a tea appreciation and tasting workshop, led by a knowledgeable resource person who will explain the interesting story of tea and its history in India. He will introduce you to the various tea growing regions and estates, the tea production cycle and tea culture in India. We will taste 4 varietals from these regions and learn the art of making the perfect cup of tea, including masala chai and specialty teas. After the workshop, we will walk to one of Delhi’s street-side tea shops to see how masala chai is made.
