Learn the church's burial history as it started as St. Anthony of Padua's Mortuary Chapel, and how Roman Catholicism crossed over with West African spiritual practices. See the International Shrine to St. Jude and the St. Expedite Statue.

Tour was very interesting but did not realize we would have to walk a good distance to get there. I think it would be better to meet at the front of the cemetery to start the tour.

It was very informative and fun. The information given was not so overwhelming and was very interesting. It was the right amount of walking through the French Quarter to the cemetery.
