This was an enjoyable tour with lots of fun facts about NOLA. Our guide, Ken, was great and very knowledgeable. And, in case you were wondering, there is a restroom break.

This tour was very entertaining. Our bus driver/tour guide I believe his name was Glenn gave nonstop information about the city infused with history, jokes, and pop culture tidbits. We stopped at St. Louis No 3 Cemetary and the City Park/Sculpture Garden. This tour is a great way to see the city, including the outskirts of the French Quarter.

Our tour started out nice but then turned blase: our bus was nice, clean and cool when we first started out on the tour which was nice for the hot and humid day however, the air conditioning system failed and it became uncomfortable. Our driver and tour guide kinda kept us informed and traded for another bus about half way through the tour. Secondly, our tour guide was a kind gentleman but we didn't really enjoy his sense of humor. Concerning Viator, we were sent an email for a 10 discount when we purchased the tickets. When the discount wasn't applied to the purchased I reached out and filed a claim for the 10 - that was over a week ago and I haven't received a credit yet.

Tour guide, Jude, spoke very fast so it was hard to get all of the information he was sharing with us. Otherwise, it took us by some interesting places. I wish that they had taken the time we spent at city park 30 minutes and cut it down a little so we could have spent more than 10 minutes at the cemetery.
