Learn to make Tiramisu with Google's head pastry chef

Tiramisu is one of the most recognizable Italian desserts. In this fun, yummy and hands-on class, you will learn the original recipe and the appropriate techniques to make sure that your tiramisu will always be perfectly executed. Tiramisu means "pick me up" or "cheer me up" in Venetian! Once you taste it, you will be "lifted and cheered up"!!! You will also learn useful cooking hacks that you will then be able to apply to many other dishes.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
