This was a perfect way to spend our first day in NYC. We were able to see so many iconic landmarks and our guides were very knowledgeable and full of fun stories. The Observatory was the only stop we chose to hop-off and we spent a few hours there in total awe of the 9/11 memorial and the views from the top of the tallest building in the western hemisphere! I highly recommend this tour, especially for first timers.

Made a mistake and posted Chicago for New York. You should not have to go to the main office to get the ticket when you already have the voucher printed out and why not have a stop right there at the main office? After finally getting there in all that New York traffic then they tell more to walk to another location to board the bus, why not have a stop right there? Makes too much sense I guess!

i bought an online ticket, tried to hop on on a stop in east village, they refused me to go on board because the bus was already full. the next bus refused me to come onboard because i first had to redeem my online ticket for a 4 foot long reciept at times square !. after i finally got on a bus three hours later than i planned, all the tour guide was talking about was where stars live and where you can go shopping. nothing about the history of the city, nothing about buildings. she even stopped talking at all for minutes over and over again it was really disappointing. the voucher for one world observatory also needed to be redeemed at a special location in the farthest corner on the second floor of a bulding two blocks from WTC1 again i lost about 1 hour just to get to the ticket. it could have been so easy if only they knew that there are electronic devices available that people use to connect to the internet where all the tickets and informations could have been available. honestly can't recommend this trip.

Good way to get a quick feel for the city if you take the whole tour first thing in the morning also no queues yet at that time at the hop on/of stops and then decide which ones you want to spend time on
