Rachel was an excellent tour guide!! My only regret was not doing this on a week day. We went on a Sunday and there were several streets closed due to street fairs which meant we missed some things. Other than that, it was a nice small group tour.

Our tour guide was Rhonda who was very nice-her voice was very soothing as she described where we were and facts about the area. The bus was s little dusty in the back where we sat-looks like the air vents hadn’t been cleaned in months. Rest of the bus was nice/comfy seats/it’s a new bus-ac worked most of the time. The first few hours of the tour were nice-it was an overcast day. Stopped at central park and where the Rockafellar center and NBC bldg is-that part was awesome! It rained the last two hours of our tour and the windows fogged up and for some reason the air was not kicking on to control the fog and we kept having to wipe the window to see out of it. The boat tour-that took us to see the Statue of Liberty-was ok-we sat on the lower section of the boat and unfortunately couldn’t hear the other tour guide. There were some snacks and beer and wine served that you could purchase but we didn’t have anything. Found out later that we weren’t supposed to be sitting down there but there weren’t enough chairs upstairs-so that wasn’t organized well. When the bus stopped at the 911 Memorial site it was raining and pretty windy-they handed out ponchos-I know that viator can’t control the weather-just wish it had been a nicer day. Lunch was 1/2 hour long-bus stopped at a point where there were a few places to choose from-we had the New York pizza-it was good. All in all liked the tour and if we ever go back might do a different tour.

This is a good tour to do if you want an overview of the city. My mum and I did this tour at the beginning of our trip to get an idea what else we might want to see on our trip. This really is a fleeting tour, you don't spend much time at any one place and our guide often walked off with those who got off the minivan first which meant that the people who got off the vehicle last may have gotten left behind.

This was my first time in New York. I met some friends there and we went on this one day sightseeing tour so I could see the top attractions! I loved it, especially the boat tour to the Statue of Liberty. Would like to go back to visit Ellis Island and other places I didn't get to see.

There was a parade going on the day we went, which made things feel a bit rushed. Also the buses we were on were not what i would consider luxury as the advertisement stated. The tour guide was good and knowledgeable but a little more time should be spent at some of the stops. (911)

Our guide, Dina, and our driver, Gerardo, were great. Dina was extremely knowledgeable. She gave us tons of information about the history of NYC and other pearls of wisdom. Gerardo did his best to negotiate the impossible traffic of a beautiful Saturday afternoon. However, they managed to get us to all the attractions, even if the tour ran late. Then Dina helped us get to our next event despite the late hour! This tour is a perfect introduction to NYC. This was my second Viator tour in NYC and it did not disappoint.

Our guide Rhonda and driver Tony were awesome. Comfortable ride on the bus. Great timing on stops. We covered the best of NYC. Rhonda was a fountain of trivia and NYC history. 6 hour tour breezed by. I have lived in NY all my life and hadn't seen some of these highlights. I will be taking all my out-of-town company on this tour.

New York Tour Had a wonderful tour of NYC on July 25. Tyler was a wealth of knowledge and very funny. She stayed on point and chipper thru 6 hours going all over New York and out on the Hudson. The driver was amazing too. Would highly recommend this tour and you would be super lucky if you had Tyler as your guide! Thank you for a great day!!

We were visiting New York City with our 16 year old son. It was his vacation request. We wanted to show our son all of the important landmarks. After searching the reviews and knowing we had limited time we decided on this tour. New York in a day!! Rachael was our guide and Jerry was our driver. They make a great team. Rachael is so knowledgeable about the city and the history. You could never possibly be bored with Rachael!! Her enthusiasm made the tour so much fun. She is funny, and passionate about NYC. She worked very hard to give us a smooth, informative, unforgettable tour!! Jerry drove the tour bus with perfect precision. It was a smooth comfortable ride. I would highly recommend this tour. Ask for Rachael!!!

Overall a great tour, Gil was very knowledgeable about landmarks, buildings, and the activity within the areas toured. Gil happily volunteered to take photos of group members and their families when we stopped at attractions, and he allotted us plenty of time to see and experience each stop. Arlis got us safely everywhere we needed to be. Very organized. They also provided bottled water for us. We referred a friend, hope they get you guys the week of the 22nd!

Rachael ( our tour guide) was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She made the tour!. Our driver (sorry can’t remember his name) was very efficient, arrived quickly at our pick up areas and navigated the NY traffic beautifully. Traffic issues delayed our arrival and Adrian said they would hold the bus for a few minutes and they did. Now that’s customer service!!

This was very interesting. Our tour guide was J and the driver Anthony. J was excellent. He was funny, knew a lot of information and was taking pictures of everyone on the tour. I am glad we did the boat trip on that tour. I do not think we would have had time any other day that we were there. I have to say that this was the best day that we had in New York.

I highly recommend this tour; 6 hours which includes time for lunch. Our tour guide, Gil, was fabulous; he is so knowledgeable about each site visited but, best of all, he includes so much interesting anecdotal information about each neighborhood, etc. We highly recommend Gil. He is a five star plus tour guide!

Gil was our guide for this trip and his tour was excellent. Very informative, entertaining and educational. We’re so glad we did this on the first day of our trip, we’ve revisited places we saw in the days following that we wouldn’t have thought to visit if we hadn’t passed by on the tour.
