I had originally tried 6 months in advance to cancel this tour, even Viator got involved and also tried to help me cancel it but the operators Attractions4us wouldnt allow it as per their terms and conditions, which both Viator and I couldnt understand why they wouldnt cancel the tour when they were given so much advice so far in advance. It all became very clear as to why much later when we were actually on the so called tour. Id read one review on this company and the tour which made me hearing read warning bells and I wanted to pull out, the tour operator wouldnt allow it and heres the reason why, you see this company doesnt in fact run a tour they just sub contact and do everything on the cheap. The flights were cheap, the lunch at the Hard Rock café was cheap, there were no tour guides and they even messed up our return flights to New York. They book your flights, they book your shuttle bus pick up, they arrange a driver to take you to Niagara Falls all of which you can arrange and book by yourself, you see the reason they wont let you cancel is that your actually an independent traveller who they book things as you go, as you would yourself, you are not part of a tour as such, if you understand my meaning here. THIS IS NOT A GUIDED TOUR OR IN FACT A TOUR THAT GIVES YOU HELP OR ASSITANCE, YOU ARE IN FACT LEFT TO YOUR OWN DEVICES. Having said all of that the driver that picked us up at Buffalo airport is a man named Cici, if you book with this company youll hear his name mentioned quite frequently, we found him to be the only thing worthwhile during this whole process with Attractions4us, he was told of us coming and he went out of his way to make sure we were at ease and picked up and dropped off as per our discussions with him on the day, it was only this man Cici that made the day a memorial one, he saved whatever credibility Attractions4us had going for them. It should be highlighted in the strongest manner that when we arrived back at Buffalo airport for our flight back to New York, our booking had been messed up by Attractions4us and they had in fact arranged for us to repeat our flight from New York to Buffalo instead of back to New York, it caused us undue worry and stress and when you look at the fact that the only thing these people had to do right was book our flights, a mistake like this nearly ruined out whole New York Itinerary. It was only when I rang Cici that he stepped in and got Attractions4us to quickly arrange another flight which got us back to New York in time for our other appointments. The airline had told us it would cost 200 to amend the booking as it wasnt their fault and it looked like I was going to have to pay it myself. We loved Cici but would not recommend this tour or should be say booking agent, Attractions4us.
