Itinerary

This walking tour starts on the Waterfront park of Hoboken, New Jersey and ends with a Foot Reflexology Learning Experience in Hoboken.

The tour will be about 4 hours long: the Foot Reflexology Workshop Experience is 3 hours.
The tour will visit attractions of historical and contemporary significance along the Hoboken Waterfront; we will take a subway train or Ferry for a 15-minute ride from NYC to the One Square Mile City of Hoboken.

The Reflexology Experience will include a compact presentation on the theory and application of Reflexology and a hands-on demonstration of Reflexology techniques by a Reflexologist who is Certified in the Ingham Method. The group will then pair off and practice on each other.

Guests will learn some wellness and relaxation techniques which they can share with family and friends and enjoy a few minutes of foot massage at the end of the experience.
