Guide was excellent, knowledgeable, he understood the philosophy behind the arrangement of the names, the design of the memorial. It was amazing how quiet it was when you were around the reflecting pools as the flowing/falling water put a curtain to block the city noises. This allowed you to better feel and understand the emotional impact of the memorial.

Guide did a good job of telling the stories of the people that died in the attach and about their relatives feelings.
