Jacob was awesome. Doing the early tour saved us from getting in large lines through security and on the ferry. Totally worth it.

Brilliant guided walk with Alvaro, of "walks of New York". From initial meet up through ferry journey's and visit to both venues, Alvaro made this a wonderful trip.

Our tour guide was fantastic. She had many stories about the Statue and the people who came to America via Ellis Island. She was both entertaining and informative. I have relatives who came to America via Ellis Island and got the paperwork from the ship's records.

Our guide, Cherie, made our tour extra special. She spoke with knowledge and passion and kept everybody together and own time, I have difficulty with walking, but found this tour easily manageable as Cherie ensured we had plenty of short breaks. A throughly enjoyable tour, thank Cherie.

This was our first visit to NYC and Colin (our guide) made it memorable with the history and stories behind the sites. He was very interesting and helpful and appeared to really care about all of us having a good time. We would certainly recommend this tour.

It was a drizzly, overcast morning when we headed to Liberty Island. We deliberately booked an early trip, 8.30am, knowing that with jet lag we would all be up! This turned out to be a good decision, with the queues, boat crossing and island pretty quiet. Rob our guide was excellent. His training as a classical actor certainly shone through, particularly in his interaction with the children in our group of 16. Everything ran like clockwork, although it would have been nice to have spent more time in the new Liberty museum. That aside I would highly recommend the trip.

The tour of the Statue of Liberty was very good with informative talk by the guide. The Ellis Island part of the tour was very disappointing because the guide spent much too much time standing in one place repeating the same info when we could have been touring and seeing the facility in more depth.

Wow! What an unbelievable tour about such important components of American history.I visited Lady Liberty 30 years ago and I am so happy I did this tour with my own family now.Our tour guide Alice is so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about American history. Alice is extremely diplomatic and tactful. I enjoyed seeing how much she inspired all the young girls (including my daughter) who were on the tour. I would not exclude any detail that Alice gave us. I really felt we got a very accurate sense of what it was like to come from another country to America, filled with hope.I felt pride in my country and gratefulness that we have tour guides like Alice who emulate that same pride. We definitely recommend this tour. Hopefully you will be on the A Team with Alice.

Esther our guide was full of great information but didn't overload us with too much at once. It was well paced and we felt very special.

Our guide Sharee was very good. She kept us aware of our surroundings and was very knowledgeable about both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. We are native New Yorkers but Sharee taught us a lot more about these monuments. She is also is a good photographer and gave good photography tips.

Our guide was Alvaro, a gentle, caring and professional guide, one of best guides I recall. I recommend this tour for the historical and emotional value. Excellent for the organization.

The guide talked and talked and talked and was not willing to let the group wander on their own. It was VERY CLEAR that most of us were done with her talking...... she kept going and going and going.....BORING!

Jacob was great. He was considerate and professional. He gave the whole team an option to opt out at any time. Flexibility was what I was expecting and the whole team got it. Thanks Jacob, All the best and I'll see you around in Edinburgh, Scotland lol :)
