Spanish Tapas

Delicioso! Come try this amazing class where you will learn how to make 3 classic Bruschetta Tapas dishes. Great for entertaining, hosting small dinner parties and for a great afternoon with friends. We will go over the dishes, learn how to make them together, and savor the flavors. We will make tapas such as Potato Tortilla, Bruschetta, Manchego with fresh pear salad, the art of charcuterie, Fresh Cheeses… The ever rotating menu with the seasons of ingredients is sure to surprise you. This is definitely a crowd pleaser! Come have fun and learn these classic Spanish Bites! Buen Provecho!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.

Melodie is a highly trained culinary and pastry chef with over 8 years experience at Laduree, Francois Parard, Pierre Herme, etc. She has owned and operated her own boutique in Paris for 5 years where she was featured in hundreds of press clippings for being able to transform French recipes with an American influence. For example, she was one of the first chefs to create the rainbow cake, which was featured on a TV episode of Top Chef.
