Our tour of the Statue of Liberty was fabulous....but not because of Viator. I have used you guys many times in the past and never been so frustrated. We arrived at our meeting location to be told we were not on the tour list that was forming. They suggested we try another location....the second site sent us back to the first one. These gentlemen let us on their tour, which only did the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, but not the 911 walking tour. I can't say enough good things about our guide, Daniel, who organized and maneuvered everyone beautifully! We had a problem with a lost backpack, and he personally walked us to the right person so we could retrieve it. He then walked with us to the subway and saw to it that we got on the right train. He was a wonderful, engaging, and talented tour guide. But, I'm still bummed at Viator about the 911 Memorial and the lack of coordination with the meeting place for our tour. Very disappointed that we didn't get the walking tour we paid for.
