Please be aware that upon arrival at Liberty Island, if you are carrying a backpack or large bags you are required to put your bag/s into a locker which costs $0.25 only. Clients MUST have a quarter and cannot use a dime and a nickle for example.
Note: When you return to Battery Park on the ferry, you must make your own way to the meeting location for the afternoon portion of the tour
Please be aware that the Statue of Liberty pedestal access requires a 215-step climb, with no elevator access
Please note this tour does not include a visit to the Statue of Liberty's Crown, due to security measures in place by the National Park Services who manage the Statue of Liberty
It is important to be on time for this tour due to ferry schedules. The ferry does not operate during heavy rain or other adverse weather conditions; when this occurs, an alternative option is provided.

Both guides for the Statue of Liberty and 911 tours were knowledgeable and spoke clearly. We enjoyed the tours very much.

It was our fist time in New York and our tour guide Katherine made the entire experience SO worth it! Her knowledge, patience and overall advise and everlasting smile is worth mentioning. The daytrip is extremely long and our feet hurt like hell, but it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Enjoyed our day with both tour guides. Jacob and Rob were great. They were insightful and brought life to the history they were sharing. Would have liked a little more time on Ellis Island to explore, however. 9/11 memorial tour was also good. Rob spoke personally of that fateful day making it even more poignant. Thank you for a good day overall.

Thoroughly enjoyed both group guides. Status of liberty your was excellent. Disappointed with Ellis Island. The power was out during our visit. Minimal interior lights with no monitors working.

Don't try to nook this tour with 9 11 in the afternoon.. not enough time on Ellis island to look at anything.. toutour guide was great but on and off Ellis island way ttoo fast..
