Park in the Anton Plaza parking garage.
Arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m.
Check in at the Hospitality Office located inside the front doors of Roth Hall.
Your tour guide will be assigned here.
Follow a current student as they walk you through Roth Hall, past kitchens and classrooms.
See the historic chapel of the Jesuits, now a dining hall and event location.
Breathe the aromas of fresh baked bread and homemade chocolates in the Baking & Pastry building.
See chefs and bakers as they learn the skills of the dynamic food and beverage industry.
Visit the Marriott Pavilion, home of Lou Dorfsman's Gastrotypographicalassemblage.
See the CIA's public restaurants (reservations and meals are not included in the tour price).
View incredible vistas of the Hudson River from campus.
Check-out the latest display in the Tober Exhibit Room in the Conrad Hilton Library.
