Value purchase. Good selection of attractions, 7 out of 20 plus the hop on hop off. I would give it 5 except for misconception that 1st stop should be Hermitage and that hop on was available there. It’s not. Hermitage is quite far out of town. Not a problem. Uber. Other minor issue. Some attraction people weren’t sure what to do with the “voucher”. But southerners are the best. Would always accommodate us and take the time to figure it out.

I purchased this sightseeing pass through Viator and experienced issues for almost everything we tried to do. The first issue was with the Grey Line Hop-On Hop-Off bus. They could not find our information and was almost not going to give us our passes. But then I showed her the email and she gave them to us. As a side note, this bus line tour was probably not the bettr of your options. These buses are not double decker and only run until 4pm. And do NOT get off the bus at Music Row. The only way to see the RCA tour is to purchase your tickets and take the bus from the Country Music Hall of Fame. We asked the tour guide on the bus if tours were offered and he told us they were. So we got off the bus, walked a lot, only to find out we couldn't take the tour then. Very frustrating. We tried to use the pass at the Johnny Cash museum but it didn't work there. So I had to go back to the site to see exactly what experiences/museums were included because they didn't provide me with a list upon purchase. The County Music Hall of Fame and the RCA Tour were included. So we went to the museum with our printed/barcoded passes, and of course they didn't work there either. The person at the museum told me I had to download the app and fill in my information. But there was absolutely no communication from either the Sightseeing Pass company or Viator instructing me to do this ahead of time. So there I am, downloading the app in the museum. We did eventually get our tickets, but it was a huge hassle.
