party of 10 spent £1000 on bus pass and other attractions. it did say we could use it at the empire state building, but on arrival we were refused. feel we spent money on things we couldnt access
2nd year buying this pass . Saves so much hassle . Saves money overall a great pass. Suitable for every family
The pass was great - we chose the number of attractions we wanted to experience in the time we were in New York, without overdoing it. However, the one disappointment was that having enjoyed the downtown hop on-hopp off bus tour, we just missed the uptown bus and never saw one again that day, despite waiting for almost an hour at one stop.
picked 3 attractions for myself and daughter, no problems at each attraction using my voucher, very straight forward. I would buy again.
A great way to see and experience the sights, sounds and smells of New York City. Highly recommended as it's good value for money. Unfortunately, due to illness, I was unable to use all of my vouchers...I did contact Viator about this and they did say they would get back to me.
The subways are a nightmare!!! The food was great. I used my pass for many attractions, like Statue of Liberty,Ellis Island,hop -on and off tour,Empire State Building, Wax museum, Woodbury Commons Shopping trip and ripley's believe or not. We ate at three different restaurants on our pass and saved 30.00 on our meals. DON'T go to the NewYork gift shop on 7th. ST., the owner WILL NOT HONORED the discounts as offered, NOT worth the walk!!!!!
The card was good but using it at certain attractions proved to be inconvenient. For example, in order to to use the hop on and hop off tour bus, I had to visit the Sightseeing visitor center to redeem the ticket rather than being able to redeem it at the hop on and hop off bus itself. To make it worst, the queue at the Sightseeing visitor center was so long. Another example was I was not able to redeem the ticket for the Statue of Liberty cruise because the scanning machine there was not able to recognise the QR code on the printed voucher retrieved from my email.
