Vinyasa Yoga Class

Experience a Vinyasa Yoga experience in the heart of Soho. Our space is located in a landmark building on the second floor. Please look for Berskha and Express on Broadway between Prince and Houston, and the building is nestled between these two stores. Come right up to the second floor!
Our Vinyasa classes typically consist of short meditation/warmup to get you grounded followed by a meditative experience consisting of movements synchronized with breath. Our skillful and compassionate teacher will ensure that you get a great, well-rounded Yoga class. We provide all the mats and props that you need for practice. There is a changing area for each gender and plenty of storage for your belongings. We also provide hot tea for free should you want to cap your experience in that way!
