You will also hear about Asa Mercer, a man who supposedly made a plan to trick women into moving to the west, selling them stories of living independent lives. The play takes you on a voyage that explores several fascinating cases that were brought to a halt due to the inefficiency of the constitutional machinery. The play blows a breath of fresh air on the founding document of the nation and shows how it can mould the future of American women.
