Newport's Famous Scenic Ten Mile Ocean Drive

Newport's Famous Ten Mile Ocean Drive is offered at 10am, 12noon, 2pm and 4 pm during the summer. During this 90 minutes trolley ride guest will enjoy spectacular sightseeing and learn about American history. The start of the American Industrial Revolution is often attributed to Samuel Slater who opened the first textile industrial mill in the United States in 1790 was right here in Rhode Island!
