I booked this tour online and paid full price. I found a lower price a few days before my trip and notified Viator. Within hours, they had sent an email saying they would refund my credit card for the difference. I checked my card the next day and there was the credit. Really easy to use low price guarantee. The tour was fabulous. "Mark the Canadian" was our tour guide and made the trip really special for everybody on board. I would certainly recommend this service and this particular tour for anybody who wants to see Niagara Falls from every conceivable angle and get a fun and knowledgeable guide to make the most of a very full day of sightseeing.
Martha was our tour guide and this tour of niagra was the best. It's great to see both sides of the falls and all of the things this tour informs you about the falls was definitely worth every minute!! Awesome day for sure.
Very prompt very knowledgeable was overall a very good experience was pleased we decided to do tour would definitely recommend Martha was absolutely fantastic funny charismatic and very good at giving us enough time to see each attraction yet kept us on a very good time line.
In a word... excellent. The tour hits the main attractions pertinent to the Falls. It gives a look at both sides so you can plan any further excursions. Our guide and driver, Ed, was fabulous. Courteous, prompt and quite knowledgeable of the entire area, providing facts and history, and ready to answer questions. We were picked up as promised and all went smoothly. It packs a lot into the 6 or so hours needed and as I said, give the perfect overview of the area. We did this on out first day there so we knew what else to see on our own. Highly recommend.
Great tour and knowledgeable guide Martha. Pickup at hotel on time and taken to all the activities with no waiting in line. Bus tour of the Canadian side with history and photo stops. Bedore Tours called me when I got home to Texas to tell me of pictures I left on the bus! I knew I lost them but didn't know where.
JIm O-our guide was awesome!!!! Only recommendation---more time to take pictures and enjoy your tour. We rushed a lot.
Other than the ferry ride and entry into Behind the Falls, the other sites can be missed if one does not have the time. The Whirlpool, hydro-electric power plant and flower clock are not very exciting. If you want to save money, just visit the Cave of the Winds on Goat Island, USA side is much better than Behind the Falls and the ferry ride on Maid of the Mist USA side would be the same as the ferry on the Canadian side. Entry to these places at the USA side is much cheaper than Canada. In essence, this tour is not value for money.

We were picked up on time by a friendly driver/guide. She gave us good information throughout and had much appreciated tips along the way. The boat ride was great!
