Make your way to a central meeting point in Niagara-on-the-Lake, arriving by 10:30 for an 11am departure. 

After meeting the guide, you'll be fitted with a bike for the day then set out towards the first stop, a local craft brewery. Take a short tour of the brewery followed by a three beer tasting flight.

You will then cycle to a locally-beloved boutique winery, where three VQA wines will be served with a cheese pairing and charcuterie platter. Continue to Inniskillin Winery for a behind-the-scenes look at the wine making process and a beautiful lunch on the patio, served with a 4oz glass of wine.

To end the day with something sweet, keep pedaling to another boutique winery for wine and a chocolate pairing, sampling three wines with three "Brix Bite" chocolate samples. After six hours of leisurely riding, eating, and drinking, this tour concludes at the original departure point.
