We went earlier in the morning, lines weren't too bad. Once on the boat had plenty of room to move around and get shots of the falls with out people in the way. Our viator purchase saved us time and money for the ride.

It’s different, new experience! We really enjoyed it. Parking lot and shaded areas for the queue need to be considered. also

Great day, we took the boat fastly and no regrets. We had a nice view about the falls, good sensation with water. There were too people on the boat,it's the only unhapoiest point about this excursion.

Extremely well organised. Even thought there were a huge amount of guests, queueing times were minimal and the experience is amazing.

The word "awesome" is generally an overused word, but not in this case. The falls are absolutely spectacular! We went on a Monday evening in August so there was no wait. We purchased our tickets on-line so the boarding process was very smooth. However, for any other day of the week, I would caution visitors to arrive early since parking lots in the area fill up very quickly and it's not easy to figure out where to park since some lots say "open" but they're not so give yourself some extra time. But getting back to the boat ride - it was the perfect amount of time on the water (roughly 20 minutes) and the boat gets close enough to the falls that you can take in the sights without it feeling unsafe. The captain was professional and the ride was very smooth. I took a few pictures until we got close to the mist, but a waterproof camera or go-pro would be ideal. The complimentary poncho kept us from getting soaked but unless you stand in the area behind the glass, getting wet is unavoidable. However, it feels like light rain (refreshing on a hot day). The memory of the falls is something we will treasure for a lifetime. I highly recommend!

Worth every penny! My husband and I loved it so much and only wished it went on longer. You get really close to the horseshoe falls, which is mind blowing especially if you come from the city. Thank you for this!! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

My husband and our 9 year old grandson went on the Hornblower. It was spectacular to see the falls up this close. It was a really hot day so the water felt great. I don’t think there was a bad spot on the boat to view the falls. So much fun!!

Such a great journey into the heart of the Falls. I've witnessed the Falls many times from the top, but never next to them. The sheer power of nature left me awestruck, and the crew and staff were very friendly and attentive. Well worth the price of admission!

We went on the Horn blower funicular and had the best time of our lives. It was so smooth going down the incline and a short wait to board the Horn blower. What a thrill to see the falls up close and smell and feel the water. It was a day to remember!!!!

Beautiful day and finished it off with a thrilling boat tour of the falls: up close and personal. We had been here 23 yrs ago on our honeymoon and this time didn't disappoint. It was as exhilarating and fun as in the past. Just loved seeing all the smiles and hearing the giggles of all the passengers. Thanks for providing us a fond memory .

The line may seem a mile long if you’re not there early but it moves pretty fast. We possibly had 800+ people in front of us and it only took 20 mins to get to the front. You do need to wear your poncho and water shoes because you WILL get soaked if not. Overall it was well worth the money!
