Tour a lavender research facility and see how essential oils are produced. Roam the lavender fields, and shop for gift items inside the boutique. Next taste ginseng tea and learn how it is one of the most powerful herbal supplements in the world! Perhaps best known for it’s traditional use of boosting memory and energy levels. Shop the boutique.
Ride along country roads to Dan Akyroyd’s Lakeview Wine Company and taste a variety of four different wines! Learn how we are famous for our Icewine!
Next stop off to a Caroline Cellars Winery Restaurant to taste fine wines and fruit wines! Sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious lunch nestled inside the vineyards prepared by a top chef who is famous for using local fresh ingredients for his sumptuous dishes.
Off for shopping in the quaint little historic town of Niagara on the Lake is so delightful. They offer so many unexpected treasures at many of their unique retail establishments. Before departing back enjoy a tour at Canada’s largest chocolate factory and taste some of their delectable chocolates!

You can only look at the falls so many times, so our group decided to take the Wine, Chocolate and Lavender Lunch Tour. Patricia, our guide, picked us up and we loved all of the places she took us. Of course, we had to buy wine, lavender products and chocolate. The lunch was great and was at a cafe that raise their own vegetables--the beet salad and buttermilk chicken sandwich was delicious. We visited Niagara on the Lake and the main street is a shoppers mecca. Lake Ontario was beautiful as was the country side with beautiful vineyards and quaint homes. Go see the other side of Niagara Falls in Ontario, Canada--you won't be disappointed. Thanks Patricia for a wonderful day of touring.
