About this activity
We pick you up in a private, casually upscale vehicle at any Niagara Region Residence, Hotel, B&B or Airbnb in Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada or Niagara Falls/Buffalo, New York, USA. This tour starts at the Brink of the Horse Shoe Falls, in Niagara Falls, look up river, feel the crushing power of nature, comprehend a million gallons of H2O per second before it plummets to the rocks below, it's always amazingly awesome and always a photo stop.. After, you'll proceed down into the gorge on the Falls Incline Funicular Railway {1966} (another not-so-common photo op) to the amazing Table Rock House, which now sits directly on top of The Canadian Horseshoe Water Falls and its stunning observation deck, you can visit the attraction Journey Behind the Falls, an excursion into the caves and caverns beneath the falls and/or the video presentaion of Niagara's Fury while you are here. Visit the Floral Show House in Victoria Park on the lovely Niagara Parkway, pass by the beautiful Parkway Bridge and capture, on film, the wildlife in the Niagara Parks, Dufferin Island duck pond. You'll travel through Queen Victoria Park (both sides of the Parkway between Table Rock and Clifton Hill), and stop at the outstanding Oaks Garden Theater. You can ride the Clifton Hill Sky Wheel for more breathtaking views or journey to the top observation deck of the world famous Skylon Tower, 750 feet above the falls for some arial shots.

Next, head down the Scenic and Beautiful Niagara Parkway, (Winston Churchill called the parkway the lovliest Sunday Drive on earth) to Niagara-on-the-Lake, the restoration village on the Niagara Peninsula often referred to as, the prettiest town in Canada. Your guide will stop on the way at the Floral Clock, the Botanical Gardens, the Lilac Garden, the Power Plants, Queenston Heights Park, the Brock Monument, the Queenston Gorge Lookout in Historical Queenston, Laura Secords Homestead and or Fort George. It's all up to you, after all, this is a custom tour. In Niagara-on-the-Lake in the Historical Old Town, you can wander, dine, explore, taste, munch, sip, eat and/or savor the fares of the many boutiques and shops. The unique historical signifance of this place, it's buildings, gloriously restored hotels and sumptuous foliage make it a photography dream come true.

Niagara-on-the-Lake, once the political Capital of Upper Canada, sits on the mouth of the mighty Niagara River and at Queens Royal Park

where the thundering River dumps into Lake Ontario, after its 600 foot decent, exists one of the most beautiful places on earth, and because it is slightly off the beaten path, it is often overlooked. We will take you there.

Your driver/guide should you so wish it, may even stop at a couple of our local VQA wineries for a taste or for a cold one at one of or local craft breweries. All part of a great day.

Excellent tour. Nice enjoyable pace with lots of photo opportunities. Excellent guide, Harold, who is a professional photographer. Added a couple of winery visits that were not originally planned .
