The Original Beggars Banquet

Food is served at table at 19.30, this is a traditional Boiled Beef and Carrots, Vegetarian alternatives, Treacle sponge and custard, Rice Pudding and a dollop of Jam. Beer from the Barrel or soft drinks. (Alternatives can be purchased from the pop up bar) You will be entertained throughout your meal with music from the Music Halls.

Live performance of the Beggars Banquet, following the fortunes of 4 people who work in the Knitting frame industry, Mean and Nasty works owner, Dave Mooney who works at the Knitting frame but also plays music on the streets to earn extra money. Patience Nightingale works with Dave and sells flowers and sings to make ends meet. Etty Slack bird seed seller and all round chancer, Tries her luck, which sometimes pays off and sometimes dosnt. The antics of this group of workers will keep you laughing all night
