☆5th station-visit is replaced by Oishi Park & Arakura-yama visit, both of which are among the greatest-three-viewing-spots of Mt. Fuji.
Because of the environmental problems, the authority restricts the private cars' entrance to Mt. Fuji from 10th of July to 10th of September.
5th Station is the highest place where vehicles can go up in Mt. Fuji.
we are able to command a splendid views from the observatory when the weather is fine.

Lake Ashi was created by one eruption after another in ancient days.
This area used to be a big mountain like Mt. Fuji. Now we can find the ruins of outer mountainous-line there.

Owaku-dani Valley is a place in which we can feel volcanic activity. The smell is always containing sulphur and the land is vaporing in everywhere. The vapored black eggs are worth eating.

Oshino-Hakkai Village is a small town developed under Mt. Fuji. which has many fountains and underground waters. It used to be a lake around Oshino Village. According to the rise of water level, people created a village besides scattered ponds there. Now it is a famous site to command a combinational views of grand mountain and thatched houses.
