This is a typical itinerary for this product
After a meet and greet we settle down and learn an introduction to freediving, we learn how to change our breathing and in most cases double our breath hold time.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Location: Kahe Point Beach Park, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii
Now with some freediving knowledge and new found breath holding ability we jump in the water and explore the local reef. Encountering turtles, fish and even dolphins on occasion
