Due to safety issues involving the dock and visitor loading ramp of the USS Arizona Memorial, the Navy has suspended visitors to the memorial for an undetermined period of time while repairs are made.
Visitors will receive a tour of Battleship Row, near the USS Arizona Memorial, by boat until further notice.
All other amenities within Pearl Harbor remain open.

This is the way to see Pearl Harbor; with a knowledgeable guide who provides helpful insight and information, fascinating historical and cultural background-with the ease of transportation and a tour package that includes everything you need to visit the WWII Valor of the Pacific National Monument and the USS Arizona Memorial.
Upon picking you up, your guide begins to share local stories and interesting bits of history-setting the scene of that fateful day in December 1941-as you head towards Honolulu’s Pearl Harbor. Soon, you arrive full of anticipation at one of Oahu’s most famous destinations.
You feel the site’s power as you enter the new World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument. Here you revisit the past through never- before-seen artifacts, replicas and media displays that explain the events and details of the day leading up to and following the Pearl Harbor attack. Looking across the harbor’s blue waters at Ford Island, the center of the attack, you imagine the residents waking up on a Sunday morning to chaos and madness.
Traveling across the harbor by shuttle boat, and then standing in reflection on the USS Arizona Memorial, you pause in tribute to those who lost their lives that day. This graceful monument built over the remains of the sunken ship provides a moving balance of life and death, as you spot green sea turtles and colorful fish swimming in the active reef around the Arizona, even as it serves to memorialize those entombed below.
A historical film, a journey in time across the harbor, and perhaps a chance to meet a survivor of the attack complete your morning at the Memorial.

- Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
- Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $5.00.
- On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.

The trip to King Kamehameha was a big plus and guided narrative of the city was fun by an informative and entertaining driver.
The best part of the excursion was the tour operator Paulani from e noa(if its correct).very informative and super crazy mama!
Disappointed. The movie was the best part. Expected more from the boat ride. It was crowded and could not get any pictures over everyone's heads

An amazing tour. Our driver Aaron was informative and friendly. We had enough time to see everything and not feel rushed. We met the only living survivor of the attack on Pearl harbor, we felt so privileged to have done so.
Cousin Brandon was a great driver and guide for Pearl Harbor. Tour includes bus ride from hotel, tickets to movie/Harbor tour, and brief intro to the areas museums and memorials- you are on your own to explore. For our family it was nice to have the intro and driver, made the visit very easy and enjoyable. Would recommend.
Our 1st time here. Our guide was incredible. 30 yrs with the company. So informative about the city and the Pearl. Pick up and drop off were as promised .
My group of 12 had a wonderful time on this excursion. It was just long enough to keep 8 adults and 4 children occupied and interested. Our driver Rocky was on time to pick us up and was very knowledgeable on the sights on the way to the Pearl Harbor.

We were amazed at pearl habor. Very realistic and the 88 year old gentleman brought everything to life. Touching the hearts of everyone that was with us.

My husband and I took this tour on our honeymoon to Hawaii! We wanted to do a shorter day tour and this was perfect time wise. I do think that we could have done all the items on our own but the pick up and escort to the museum was great. If you want to do all the items at Pearl Harbor including the submarine etc. this is not enough time. We were only able to walk around for 25 minutes before the Arizona tour and then were out of time!
We were picked up and dropped off at a hotel a block from ours which made it easy and convenient. The tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and let us know what to expect. We've used Viator for other tours, will definitely use them on our next trip!
Our tour guide/driver was polite and informative on the drive over to the memorial. Once we arrived he escorted us inside after security check and made sure we all had our tickets and time to return back to the shuttle. My only complaint was that the theatre you sit down to watch a 10-15 minute video was extremely hot with no air-conditioning. The staff closed both set of doors as the video began and it felt like a sauna. You would think they would have money to pay for AC from the gift shop, snack shop and all the tours that come through. Also the staff in the gift shop aren’t very friendly. My dad happens to be retired military and they give a 10% discount. We made several purchases during our visit because it’s vacation and who doesn’t need more sounvenirs right? I over heard the manager tell the cashier to make sure you take a good look at his (my father’s) ID, and this was right after we purchased items in another line and he was present. You would think the staff would have more respect given the location of the gift shop and yes it’s his ID (keep in mind it had his photo on it). Also, 80% of the visitors have some military background and no signage is placed inside regarding the discount. Lucky for us, my father always asks. Other than that we enjoyed our time at the memorial.
