Gastro Brač tour

The island of Brac is known for its delicious food and olive oil. We will visit Skrip, the oldest village on the island, and learn about the history of the island at the Island of Brac Museum. We will then visit the Museum of Olive Oil and taste local olive oils. Next, we will travel to the Kastil Gospodnetic in the village of Dol. Castellum, which was built in a prominent part of the village during the Turkish-Venetian wars. In Castellum we will enjoy Brac traditional cuisine and wine. A tour guide will show you the vineyards surrounding Castellum and explain how wine is made.
