About this activity

After check-in at the starting location in Winter Park, you'll get sized for a board and paddle. You'll also be given a brief safety lesson to familiarize yourself with the basics of stand up paddleboarding.
You'll then follow your instructor to a calm spot and deploy the anchoring system and begin your 60-minute stand-up paddleboarding yoga session. This experience is perfect for all skill levels. You'll practice gentle poses on a tree-lined lake which offers protection from the wind and it's private status limits boat traffic to a minimum.
After your session you are free to continue to use the board for another 60 minutes.
