Osaka All Night Culture and Drinking Tour with an ex-Food and Beverage Manager

About this activity
First of all, I pick you up at your Hotel in Osaka and we will head directly to an hour Samurai Class where you will learn how to draw your sword, replace it and then learn how to slice through a rolled tatami mat.
After that we head to a true Japanese cultural experience with a real Maiko or Geiko (Geisha are called Geiko in Nara and Kyoto). We will drink sake and through me you can ask our Geiko or Maiko anything and get to know her, share some sake with her and even have her entertain you with a game or two.
After pictures, we will then head for Namba for dinner at a delicious Shabu Shabu restaurant. Delicious thinly sliced Pork and Beef with vegetables you cook yourself in a ‘hot pot’. Sake included.
It is then time to go to a local Hostess Club and experience an hour with a Japanese Hostess(es).
We then begin our Pub-hopping expedition for a few hours, hitting various little standup and sit-down sake pubs.
Around midnight we go to a one-hour, local, Transvestite (New Half) Show. Absolutely hilarious and everyone here loves to laugh and have fun.
Now it is time to slow things down at a Whiskey Bar and enjoy a glass of Japanese Whiskey.
After that we will head to my friends little karaoke bar and sing a few songs and have some more sake.
Before our last stop, which is a sushi breakfast, we make one stop of your choice for an hour. We will finish things off at the famous Namba Shrine.
Samurai class, visit with a Geiko or Maiko, Hostess Club, New Half Show, many pubs along the route, including Karaoke and a Whiskey Bar and Shrine visit all included.

- GUIDE FEE only paid through this site.
Not included
- 230,000 paid to the guide on the day of the tour (or before)
- This will cover your Samurai Class, Time with a Geiko or Maiko for a little over an hour with sake and food, your Hostess Club, Karaoke, Bar Show, Whiskey and Sake Pub visits, transportation, Dinner and Sushi Breakfast. Whew!
- Depending on the amount of alcohol consumed, sometimes there are monies left over and I return that at the end of the tour. We collect receipts along the way to show how much was spent.
- If you are unable of completing the tour somewhere in the early morning, I refund all monies not used, except for ¥6000 for my taxi ride home.

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Minimal age to drink in Japan is 20 years of age
- You must not be a loud person when consuming alcohol. We can (and will) have fun but some places we need to behave, like the locally Mafia-owned Hostess Club. Be nice. LOL
- I accept no responsibility if you pass out during the evening. I will get you back to your Hotel if I can and leave any remaining monies with the front desk for you to pick up the next morning (and maybe some funny pictures of you passed out). This way the Hotel can also confirm I refunded money to you.
- Any other extra curricular activities you wish to participate in, I will help you with but I, nor TripAdvisor will accept any responsibility for the outcome of this/these events. I am your translator and support person only. I nor TripAdvisor will accept any responsibility if something goes offbeat on tour because of a choice you made. Let's stick with the itinerary and all will be happy.
