Cook Yuba and Tofu Dishes in Osaka

(What we cook)
•Yuba and tofu with home made soy milk which goes well with various condiments (green onion, yuzu pepper, ponzu, horseradish paste and ginger paste) •Vegetable with tofu sauce

・Miso soup・White rice ・two additional dishes(Cucumber salad with sweeten fried tofu, and Vegetalbe Nimono) • Japanese soft sweet ・Japanese tea

I will meet you at the gate of JR Ibaraki station of JR Kyoto Line, and I'll take you to my cooking studio by car (5 min by car). In the beginning of my cooking, I will explain to you what we cook besides soy milk and tofu drinking Japanese tea. This is hands-on cooking class. Regarding soy milk, first you need some practice, but doesn't take long time until you grasp the techniques of it with my recipe. And we will make Japanese soft sweet "Nerikiri" of seasonal things. After cooking, let's enjoy a complete meals with Japanese tea.
