In general, the service is great, however, the syncronization of the buses and timetables are not and we miss our boat tour that is offered with the pass for the bus and the subway. No problem there as we received a refund and also because we didn't used the subway pass. Only critic is thatr the stops are far away of the places you can see making you to walk great distances.

The bus schedule did not fit my needs. However, The bus, seems brand new and it was spotless. The guide was very friendly. I booked the boat trip B-A and we were only 3 people and it was very nice.

Beware, we have used many hop on hop off buses. they are frequent, have head phones and inform. Do not be deceived by the picture this bus was a single deck, no head phones and only appeared once an hour !!! So if you were five minutes late you will have a 55 minute wait. A long time out a a day when you are trying to fit in as much as you can The regular bus is frequent cheap and would be a better option. This bus runined our day very sad as we got to see so little

We used the hop on hop off bus on our one free day in Osake, having booked it before we left Australia. The trip was a total waste of time and money. The guide was so busy collecting money for the fist two stops that she gave no explanation at all. After the third stop she informed us that we would have to wait 55 minutes while they had a break at stop 4. This happened every time the circle came to stop 4 throughout the day. We missed the bus after the hour because we couldn't find the bus stop but finally reboarded. We then had a change of guide when a school group boarded. We couldn't understand anything she said as her English was so poor. Not great when the tour is advertised as English speaking. The guide was primarily concerned with the Japanese school group, discussing things in Japanese with them. At the next stop we waited a further 15 minutes because we had arrived early to the stop and then we found ourselves stuck in traffic for so long that the final boat trip that was part of the package had left. When several customers expressed their concern to the guide she said the boat operator had nothing to do with them. We had wasted the whole day and had not been directed to any of the sights of Osaka. We had only stopped at shopping complexes and told if we wanted to get off we could find our way to the Observation Deck or to the other tourist sites that were mentioned in the brochure. Everyone on the tour left feeling disgruntled. We wished that we had listened to a local person who gave us directions when trying to find the initial bus stop when he saidNot many people use this tour. It's not very good.

Well organised and informative. Beware of the mandatory driver rest time around midday when looking at timetable.

It's ok if you've got nothing else to do in Osaka. Probably not worth it though.
