Please arrive at Universal Studios Japan prior to the official opening time. Special entrance is at the Studio West, next to the main entrance
Harukas 300 Observatory Opening hours: 9:00am-10:00pm (last entry is at 9:30pm)
Please present your voucher to redeem your wristband and the password at least 1 day before the date selected for your booking
Redemption Location: 16F of HARUKAS 300 Observatory
You must visit the Harukas 300 Observatory and USJ on different days; you must visit the Harukas 300 Observatory first before USJ
You will receive a special entry wristband and password and enter the park 15 minutes before the official opening time on the date of your visit
You will get a special URL on the day you exchange for the wristband and input your password to see the exact entry time
The password is only valid for 3 days after your first access, you only can check entry time for the date you selected at booking, please check the time 1 day before you visit USJ
Each wristband can only be used by one person
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes earlier than the time stated on the website
If you arrive at the park after the official opening time, the special entrance may be closed and you will be required to enter the normal entrance with everyone else
The actual entry time may be adjusted depending on the situation as decided by USJ officials. Universal Studios Japan™ reserves the right on final decisions based on interpretation in case of any dispute
Eating and drinking are not allowed on the 59th to 60th floor of Harukas 300
There is a restaurant called "Sky Garden 300" on the 58th floor
