About this activity
Meet your chef at Tower Knives by the iconic 'Tsutenkaku Tower' and walk together the short distance to our cooking studio for an introduction to your chef, your tools and your menu. Start by learning a little about our professional grade Osakan knives and how to use them, before getting stuck in yourself and preparing the local ingredients required for Japanese spring rolls and stuffed lotus roots.

Next, we will move on to learning about Osaka's famous Okonomiyaki pancakes, which you will make from scratch. Once they are cooking, whip up a spicy beansprout salad and dipping sauce before threading our kushiyaki skewers with wagyu beef and tiger prawns to finish off. Complete your experience by sitting down to enjoy your creations over a glass of local sake, craft beer or green tea.

Then, leave the clean up to us and head on your way with full stomachs and great memories!
