Wakayama Castle Town Walking Tour

After meeting near historic Wakayama Castle Park, we will walk up right by the majestic Wakayama Castle and enjoy the nice view of the castle. We will talk about the history of the city and castle along the way. After visiting the castle, we will stroll through Downtown Wakayama and show you the local people's life, tradition, culture, foods and so on. If you ever feel tired of walking during our tour, we can always take a break anywhere on our way. We know the best Japanese traditional sweets shop in town for that. You may try on an ancient samurai warrior's armor costume at the castle if it interests you (free). Make sure to ask many questions to your tour guide, since we are all professional licensed guides, and most importantly we are the Wakayama locals !! We will be walking about 3km (or 2 miles), some uphills to the castle tower.
