Oslo Highlights and surroundings

You will be met at the port by a Cruising Excursions representative ready to commence your tour.
The tour starts from the pier, viewing Akershus Fortress, Oslo City Hall, the Royal Palace, the Parliament, and the National Theatre en route to the Holmenkollen Ski Jump.
Afterwards the tour continues to the Holmenkollen Ski Jump. At the Ski Jump you can enjoy the spectacular view of Oslo and the fjord below. The first Ski Jump was built in 1892. Since then the arena has been continuously improved and has now been rebuilt and the old ski jump has been replaced with a new and more modern ski jump. During the first week in March the Holmenkollen Ski Festival takes place, with World Cup Competition in ski jumping as well as in cross country skiing.
Your last stop is at the Vigeland Sculpture Park. The sculptures of the park were created and completed by one man, Gustav Vigeland. There are a total of more than 150 sculptures in the park, made of stone and bronze, all symbolizing the different stages in the life of mankind. You will walk together with your guide through the park and the coach will be waiting for you at the other end of the park.
From here you will drive through the residential area of Frogner, which is one of the most popular areas in central Oslo, and back to the pier.
