The guide was excessively rushed and walked so fast that most people had a hard time keeping up, then went through his presentation and started off before everyone was there to hear him. Don' bother renting the audio ' guides' at Blenheim as each room had a total length of 75 - 90 SECONDS on the tape and didn't provide any real information.

Visiting the Cotswolds was quite enjoyable, they have managed well to keep the place as untouched by time as possible. This has been rated the most butiful place in the UK and I agree! Browsing through the small town with a shallow river in the middle where children and others could play barefooted in withouth fear, sitting outside by many excellent restaurants and in the tiny park by the river was a good feeling. The Blenheim Palace was even bigger than I had imagined and the surroundings are spectacular. This trip was excellent and worth every penny!
