Christchurch entry fee worth up to £10 per person is included in your ticket. Wherever possible, we also skip the queue by buying up advance entry skip the queue Christchurch entry tickets. However, on some dates, we have to buy tickets at the college gate.

We include entry to the Divinity School film site at the Bodleian library, as & when it is open. This £2 entry fee is included in ticket price. We do NOT visit inside the Bodleian medieval library though as it is NOT accessible to any tour operator or guide, nor to any children aged under 11 years old.

On this tour, we visit 2 of the 3 film sites (where & when permitting). NB While we may visit Divinity School, we don't see inside the medieval Bodleian library upstairs, as this if not open to guides or to children. On some dates, Christchurch may restrict viewing to entrance to hall but the hall is NOT a film site!
XMAS: Dining hall only is closed daily from Dec 21 to Jan 1st but tour still is running

in July and August, we try to buy up skip the queue tickets a week in advance wherever possible but we cannot always buy enough tickets
so if you book us at short notice, you may actually end up having to queue to enter.
These tours
MUST START ON TIME
as we pre purchase entry tickets for fixed entry times at Christchurch. If you arrive after the tour has started, you will unfortunately therefore lose your booking.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your tour at our meeting point.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes later than the scheduled tour, then you will likely forfeit and lose your booking as it interrupts the guide and other customers, if we are trying to find you after a guide has started and left the meeting point.
IMPORTANT NOTICE IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN PARTIAL OF FULL CLOSURES:
We do publish known Christchurch closures on this website page & we will advise of any closures at the time of booking or before the tour but occasionally some closures are last minute. In this event, our policy is either the guide can substitute entry for Christchurch to another college such as eg New college (also a Hogwarts film site). Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your tour onto another date or to instead join one of our other tours running the same date such as the Oxford cycle tour of food tour (which cost approximately same)
REFUNDS POLICY:
If you opt to book a foreign language tour, this may be possible if you give us adequate advance notice of at least 24 hours. If we cannot offer a tour in a foreign language, then you will be refunded or invited to join the tour in English with any cost difference refunded.
