Full Day Excursion Monreale & Cefalù From Palermo

Departure in the morning at 08.30 from your Hotel, b & b in Palermo or from the Port, in a new and comfortable Minibus, the half day will be dedicated to visiting the main monuments of the historical center of the capital of Sicily and Monreale. After a short journey we begin the visit of Monreale of about 1 hour where you can admire the Abbey with its magnificent cathedral, founded in 1172, a masterpiece of Norman architecture, with its dazzling mosaics of the twelfth century and still the cloister Benedictine famous for the subtlety of its colonnade.After the visit we will go to Cefalù, a beautiful and picturesque seaside town one of the most popular destinations for tourists who come to Sicily, here you can admire the Magnificent Cathedral Arab-Norman already UNESCO heritage, the old town full of narrow streets and unique views, the small port, the Bastione, the Medieval Lavatoio and finally the splendid beach of fine sand and crystal clear sea. Free time available for shopping in the numerous characteristic shops of which the center is full. At 17.00 return to the Hotel Palermo about 1 hour of travel
