Super nice day and an amazing tour-guide! He was outstanding, showed El Valle very personal, adjusting to any needs we had, very proactive and most of all fun! :)

Interesting excursion. We did everything that was described on the site. My husband and I enjoyed the thermal spa,the pool, the zoo and the museum. But we didn't get any drinks as it is advertise on the trip description.

If you want to venture out from central Panama City, this is a great means to do so. The tour has many of stops and things to do, even self exploration at the market square once you arrive at El Valle Anton. Just be sure to bring a sufficient amount of cash to cover entrance fees. Be sure to sample some of the fresh local fruit at the market. Mario provides a great tour and is quite flexible. I was one of 3 people in the group, and we decided that we wanted to have an extended amount of time at the market, so we didn't make it to the zoo.

The tour was nice and he explained a lot with the birds and monkeys. Got there on time and had water for us as it was a warm day.

Surprises: There's a 2 entry fee, a 5 entry fee and another 5 entry fee to get into the museum, the zoo and the waterfall. The museum was so-so the outside exhibits were better than the inside ones. The zoo houses animals in small cages and many of the animals are common in our US zoos so not much new to see there. It's hard to not feel badly for the animals. The waterfall setting was real nice. The private owner has done a lot of infrastructure work to make all the walkways and swimming area. You're in a quiet, peaceful, natural rain forest setting. Our local food restaurant was real good. The advertising photos implied that we would be in wide open spaces. Actually, we were in the rain forest or small town called El Valle all of the time.
