Well, all the spot was fantastic.., but the train ride really tiring.., though it was clean and fast.. mabye it just because of the distance. The tour itself, well the guide.. wasn't explain that much, he basicly just drove us from one spot to another and tell us what time we got to get back.
Best trip ever. Totally escorted onto train in Paris, then met by local Provence driver in minvan. Exceptional experience. Loved every single second of the day - felt like longer, too.
Absolutely recommended if you want a day to get just a taste of the South of France. From Paris, to the train station, to Avignon, the guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We would have liked to spent more of the sites the walled city of Avignon, Les Baux de Provence and Pont du Gard but we expected to be on a tight schedule since it was only a day. But even just the experience of riding the high speed TGV was also a highlight for us - less than a three hour ride to such beautiful sites. Only means we will visit again for a longer trip because there is just so much to see an experience.
The trip was fantastic. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Sufficient time were provided to explore the various attractions on our own. It was really value for money.
It was a wonderfull experiencia. Everything World on time and as expected. Two magnificente guides join us and who was with us form Avignon is a very gol done Think you
Caroline and Francis were stellar tour guides, making the most of every moment of the day. We saw so much of Provence that could not have been possible otherwise, and the train ride from Paris was fast and pleasant. One of the best features of this tour was the friendly human contact reassuring us every step of the way. We were greeted at Place des Pyramides at the very start of the day, accompanied to Gare de Lyon by a kind guide, and we were greeted in Avignon by another representative from Viator who led us to our guides for the rest of the day. Effortless and anxiety-free, the reassuring presence of qualified, capable guides took the potential stress out of a phenomenal experience. Caroline and Francis were friendly, funny, articulate, and extremely informative in their explanations of all we saw and did. We highly recommend this trip!
