I have used Viator for tours both in Italy and France and they were great. This is not Viator led. You have to go to an offsite office of a different travel agency and check in 15 minutes early. They give you tickets but we waited almost 30 minutes before we were led by a guide back to the tower. This was suppose to be a skip the line but our guide took us to the security line and walked away. No skip the line. Poorly done by an agency I have come to trust. I will never again sign up for a tour I can’t download my own tickets.
