Dinner in front of Montmartre

Itinerary

You will be welcome in my living room with an amazing view on Sacré-Cœur Basilic. With the sparkling wine you will share 2 "amuse-bouches" like gougères
Then after the aperitif, you will discover my dinning room where on your right side you will have an amazing view on Paris and on the left side on the Sacré Cœur and the Eiffel tower. You will start the dinner with a gaspacho of beets and whipped cream or an eggplants and tomatoes confit. Following the Dorado fillet with a chorizo crust and a zucchini soufflé or a Daube en gelée. The desserts will be seasonal fruits with an home made sorbet
EGGPLANTS AND TOMATOES,
Finely sliced cooked for long time at low temperature served with mozzarella and Basilic. All the Provence flavors in your plate

DAUBE EN GELEE.
Meet marinated into white wine cooked at low temperature for 6 hours. Then like a cake slices of meet and fresh green beans and slices of carrots. It will served with a homemade cooled tomato sauce

Seasonnal fruits, like strawberry, gigs, grapes, blackberry served with a homemade fruits sorbet like mango, passion fruits...
