Gave a new opportunity to this vendor, but unfortunately once again very disappointed. I don’t do reviews; however, have found that it will help others avoid the frustration experienced. Although received an email from the Viator representative confirming the hotel pick up was included, when contacted ParisCityVision to check on the pick-up time, they informed us that hotel pick up was not included and that was a Viator error. Our lunch at the 58 Eiffel Tower Restaurant was at 12:30 on the 1st. floor. Left the Agency at 11:15 am to walk to the Tower, at the entrance we were shown where to go to make the security lines and that was the last we saw the guide, then we had to do the elevators queues to the 2nd floor and then again the elevator queues for the Summit. Finally, you have to make the same lines to take the elevators down. We were not able to enjoy the views on either floor as we had to rush to be on time for the lunch. We were told by the guide that once on the 1st. floor you cannot go to the second floor or the Summit. Regarding the restaurant, you can expect a quality of service from a restaurant that advertises a unique experience, well think again, the service can be improved significantly! And forget about the view. In retrospect, we could have made a direct lunch reservation and may have received a better service and seating view. Bad service from Viator’s tour suppliers in Venice and now in France. Very disappointed and frustrated.
