This tour is a waste of your money and most importantly your time. You´ll be up in the summit earlier if you head straight to the Tower and go to the buy your ticket line. Summit tickets can be purchased on site (at least in the morning) even if they are no longer avalaible in the official website. About the breakfast, you can get the same croissants and way better coffee at any boulangerie. My voucher promised a lovely souvenir map but the guide knew nothing about it. Positive points: our guide Martha was very nice and patient.
Tour left on time. The tour guide was friendly and informative. He showed us around the second floor, then left us to our own devices. He answered our questions and related well to the children on the tour.
