The 1 Hour Seine River Sightseeing Cruise tour departs at the foot of the Eiffel Tower from "Porte de la Bourdonnais". Your River Cruise Tickets will be given to you by our guide. It is valid until the expiration date written on it. So you can choose to take the river cruise tour on the same date of other visits or next days depending on your own pace. It can be used for 1 Hour sightseeing tour, once until the expiration date.

With your River Cruise ticket, you can get in any boat during the operating hours from "Porte de la Bourdonnais" at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. From october to march ( a boat around every hours): from monday to friday: 10.30 am - 10 pm, saturday & sunday : 10 am -10.30 pm From april to june & september ( a boat around every 30 mins): from monday to friday: 10 am - 10.30 pm, saturday & sunday : 10 am -11 pm From jully to august ( a boat around every 30 mins): all days of the week : 10 am- 11 pm

We kept waiting at the designated site since 8:30 AM , no one showed up we tried calling the number that was given on the itinerary no one answered and after leaving several messages 2 hours later someone called back to let us know that our morning tour of Eiffel Tower has been canceled and we were given the afternoon timing They gave us only ONE hour at Eiffel Tower to complete And told us to meet up for louvre tour at 1 pm By the time we reached the second floor of Eiffel Tower it was already 1 pm , we kept calling the number given to us but no one responded We Rushed Through the Tower , did not enjoy a least bit , did not have any time for pictures or anything at all rushed the kids and reached louvree at 2 pm , no one helped us , no one will call us back , the tour guide who took us to the Tower had not given us the river cruise tkts ,,,, Everyone was very upset and this was July 13 th , we were very disappointed , After waiting around for 2 hours we left that place , and around 6 pm your company returned my calls stating “ we were very busy the entire day “ “so couldn’t call you back “ They told us that they can get us the tour next day , though I had few other commitments for July 14 th , tour of Nôtre Dame etc but I agreed to meet up at 10 am I rearranged my morning tour of Nôtre dame just to find out on the 14 th when we arrived at louvre that it was closed for Bastille holiday for July 14 , so No river cruise , No louvree for us as we left for USA on the morning of 15 th I will never ever book with your company again
