INCREDIBLE YOGA AND NATURAL WINE TASTING

You have to come by the subway or by taxi/uber directly in the wine bar located in the center of Paris. 

First of all, you will have thirty minutes of haha yoga made with stretching, sun salutations and some good asanas (postures). After this, thirty minutes will be dedicated to meditation. 

The next step will be the tasting of 3 natural wines in the wine bar close to the vat where you will be free to serve yourself a glass of wine! The wine is from the wine bar, they have their own cuvee made in the South of France. 

Everything will be inside so when it is a cold weather there is absolutely no problem! 

You will have a snack with the wine, a plate of vegetables and houmous so if you are vegan, no problem.
