- The tour itinerary can be modified on the day of the tour itself, if so instructed by the Opera Garnier. No refunds can be provided in these cases
- On the day tour, the guide will use audio headsets and you will be able to hear clearly using a broadcast system provided by the Opera Garnier. One ID card or passport will be required as a guarantee for the return of the audio equipment
- For the "After Hours Tour", there will be no entry after 4:45pm so please ensure you arrive before this time
