Jozef (Joe) was an incredible guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and wine. He also had a great sense of humor — he shared a number of stories and his humor made the day upbeat even during the long car rides. Great conversation and he truly did know just about anywhere and anyone in the champagne region, which allowed us to customize our day and change our plans as we saw fit.
